1. Nature of service

MudraServe is a loan facilitation / advisory service. We are not a bank or NBFC and do not lend money directly. Loans are sanctioned solely by partner banks / NBFCs at their discretion.

2. No guarantee of approval

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee loan approval. Interest rates, fees, loan amount and tenure are decided by the lender based on your profile.

3. No upfront payment

MudraServe never asks for any payment to get a loan sanctioned. Please report anyone asking for money in our name to info@mudraserve.com.

4. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide true and complete information. Figures on this website, including the EMI calculator, are indicative only.

5. Consent to contact

By submitting a form, you authorise MudraServe and its lending partners to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, even if your number is registered under DND.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City].
